The Energy Services Agreement with Johnson Controls allowed school leaders in Oxford, MIssissippi to build with the end in mind. They used future energy savings generated from installing more energy-efficient systems, such as the Metasys® Building Management System and a modular central utility plant. The savings more than cover any additional first costs associated with creating a more sustainable facility.
